Catering Terms and Conditions:
- Functions are confirmed upon receipt of signed Party Reservation Agreement and 50% down payment. Full payment is required five (5) days before the catering event.
- Payment is accepted in cash or check. Please make check payable to MAX'S GROUP INC.
- Catering clients are advised to remit payment through our designated bank. Account details as follows: MAX'S GROUP INC. BDO 000-468-018-656 (Reference No. 914002).
We require validated deposit slips to be emailed to the client's respective coordinator. Official receipt is issued by the Treasury Department.
- Minimum of 50 persons or amounting to Php 20,000.00 (exclusive of service charge), whichever is higher.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices are inclusive of VAT and transportation fee within Pasig but are subject to 10% Service Charge.
- For venues outside the Pasig area, a transportation fee shall be applied.
- Buffet set-up only. Guest tables and chairs are not included.
- Maximum service time is three (3) hours. Extensions will be subject to a fee of Php1,500/hour. Please note that a fraction of an hour is considered one (1) full hour.
- Menu customization can be accommodated.
- Additional fees will apply for additional manpower and buffet set-up and graveyard shift.
- For reservations one month in advance, a 50% deposit is required upon signing of the contract.
- Any addition, reduction, cancellation and/or changes in the menu will be accepted 72 hours prior to the date of catering. A cancellation fee of 50% of contract amount will apply for events cancelled within 72 hours. A 100% cancellation fee will apply if event is cancelled within 24 hours or on the day of the event.
- Max's Group Inc. reserves the right to change the menu upon advice to the client in case of non-availability of raw materials within 24 hours of the catering event.
